This time minus the anxiety of the Freshman yr & what we were doing. I had the opportunity to reflect and to be in the moment with him. It will be several months until I have the opportunity to hug him again and talk while looking into his eyes. Being the eldest he is sort of my benchmark, to remember how quickly all the others will grow and we will not be parenting them day to day. But, I have to laugh, when in the moment with a little one who is misbehaving or overtired and cranky, it can be God's Grace which helps us to focus on remembering then and there this is only for a moment and this shall pass too. We are so not perfect but you have found a fantastic way to focus and look at the beauty which our Holy Father blesses us with each and everyday if we only look. Thanks for sharing! SO glad you had so many happenings to be thankful for. Be well.... Michellemichellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07381060957711772947noreply@blogger.com
