It's Cute, Mom?

Quintin insisted on wearing this apron around one day, and he kept asking, "It's cute, Mom?" :)

Cousin Fun and a Mission Trip...

Fun with cousins at the fair...

and searching for fossils...

and swimming.

Shana and Malia went to Texas on a mission trip for a little over a week. Chris was gone the same week for business, so just the boys and I were left at home. The girls had a wonderful time, and were full of stories when they got home.

Catching Up with Summer...

Wow...the summer is flying by! We have been busy with summer jobs, football practice, tutoring, reading programs, chauffeuring kids all over creation, several trips, an ever-traveling husband, crazy schedules, speaking at Kiwanis luncheons, and not enough time to breathe, amongst other things. Here are a few photos of what we've been up to:

 A trip to the zoo...

Memorial Day fun with cousins and friends...

Birthdays...

We have a really cool dad. Can your dad balance a fidget spinner on his nose???

I woke up to this gift from Ashton one morning...

Busy schedules tire us out!

We went to Illinois for cousin Abbie's wedding and met some new friends!

Unfortunately, Adrian ended up in the ER in Bloomington with allergy/asthma issues...

We received an update on our sponsored child, Berhe, in Ethiopia! Berhe is graduating high school and wants to continue on to college in Mekele so that he can give back to his country.

We took the kids on a surprise trip to see the outdoor drama, Tecumseh. They absolutely loved it, though Jordan was a bit scared during the battle scenes.

And we even stayed at a hotel that had queen bunk beds and could accommodate our whole family in one room. Why don't more hotels do that?!

We finally got our pool going for the summer, and the kids have been enjoying it immensely.
