Welcome to Summer!

 The school year was officially over last week, so the kids are home for the summer. Quintin's last days of kindergarten were filled with fun:

On his last day of kindergarten, Quintin was all about the pictures. When he got off the bus after school, he wanted me to take photos from 3 different angles, and showed me where to stand to take them. He told me he's going to miss his teacher terribly. Welcome to summer, Mr. Q! 

Miss Malia finished up her high school career last week! She technically will be a high school junior next year, but will be attending Defiance College full time. She was sad to leave high school and her friends and teachers behind, but is also excited about what's ahead. Welcome to summer, Malia! 

In other news, Adrian has moved back home for the summer, so we have a full house again!

 And just like that, we have another graduate. We love you, Ashton. Congratulations on your high school graduation!

Eighteen years ago today, our miracle baby was born. The doctors told us that he most likely wouldn’t live long after birth, but he was born perfectly healthy except for a hole in his heart! God healed him in my womb, and I know He has great things planned for our beloved son.

Happy birthday, Ashton! We are thankful for your life and that we get the privilege of calling you our son. We can’t wait to see God’s promises and purposes for your life fulfilled. Love you so much! ❤️
