We are a family from the Midwest who pursued God's calling to adopt two children from Ethiopia and are currently in the process to adopt a child from Haiti. What started out as a blog to chronicle our adoption journey has morphed into our family scrapbook. Feel free to follow along as we we live our normal everyday lives, trying to serve Jesus and follow His plans for us.
Our family (minus Ashton, and Adrian and Trinity were only there for a couple days) spent the last week at a VRBO in the mountains in North Carolina. We had a great time hiking, swimming, jumping off cliffs into the water, exploring, fishing, eating, driving around hairpin turns and up steep mountains, playing games, and just being together.
