We are a family from the Midwest who pursued God's calling to adopt two children from Ethiopia and are currently in the process to adopt a child from Haiti. What started out as a blog to chronicle our adoption journey has morphed into our family scrapbook. Feel free to follow along as we we live our normal everyday lives, trying to serve Jesus and follow His plans for us.
Chris had to go to California for work, and I got to go along! We spent a week at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort, and thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Joshua Tree National Park. The relaxing getaway was just what we needed. (These photos are in no particular order because my computer is being ridiculous.)
