Races, Babies, Twins, Subways, and Benefits...

Ashton and Malia have been practicing with the Middle School and High School cross country teams a couple of days a week. Recently, Ashton ran in his first elementary Fun Run at a Saturday cross-country meet, and he got second place!

Mr. Baby Boy will be making his appearance soon! This huge package of diapers was delivered recently...makes things seem more real. I've also been working on the little mister's nursery...pics to come soon.

Speaking of babies, the kids were so excited to welcome new baby cousin Carly into the world. When we visited her in the hospital, the twins took turns holding her and did not want to give her up. They will be good big brothers, and our baby will most likely never be left alone while the other kiddos are home!

Adrian was excited to hold her, too.

This week is Spirit week at school, and Tuesday was Twin Day. This picture from Jalen and Jordan's teacher makes me smile, because in order "to truly be twins," Jordan insisted on taking off his glasses. :)

My friend Wass sent me this picture the other day. It is of the new subway system in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and he says he's going to take us all on a ride when we go back next summer. Fun!

And last but not least, don't forget our benefit dinner and silent auction this Saturday evening!
