We are a family from the Midwest who pursued God's calling to adopt two children from Ethiopia and are currently in the process to adopt a child from Haiti. What started out as a blog to chronicle our adoption journey has morphed into our family scrapbook. Feel free to follow along as we we live our normal everyday lives, trying to serve Jesus and follow His plans for us.
After Grandpa's funeral on Friday, we headed to Winchester, Indiana, where we spent a couple of days with Chris's whole family on a little vacation. With all the sickness going around, differing schedules, and athletic events, it was actually amazing that everyone was able to be together for a bit on Saturday. We had a great time!
