Chris had a work conference in Phoenix, so I went along. We left last Friday and got back this past Wednesday night. We stayed at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort, and had a very relaxing time.
The Starbucks lady thought Chris’s name was prince. 😂
I was shocked to discover that the JW serves its breakfast spoons in a traditional Anuak Lul basket, straight from Gambella! What?! Who would have thought they’d have a basket made by my boys’ tribe from a remote little Ethiopian town on the border of South Sudan? It is a small, small world.
