After breakfast and devotions this morning, we drove to Tesfaye’s office/distribution center. It was so humbling to see hundreds of people waiting for us when we got there. There was a line of women waiting for food and another line waiting for rent money. Chris shared the gospel with them and then had a prayer, and Tesfaye translated. Then we began distribution, and some team members helped some of the women carry the food back to their homes. The boys met and spent time with new friends, and Adrian and Ashton each decided to sponsor a boy monthly. After lunch, we continued distribution, and then stopped by Tomoca Coffee on our way back to the guest house. We ordered macchiatos and bought bagged coffee to take home. Then, we took the long walk to Fili’s for drinks, after which Hiwet braided Adrian, Ashton, and Ben’s hair. We enjoyed dinner at Gusto’s with Mathewos and Helen. It was good to catch up with them again.
